Very delicious but a bit pricey

We've bought the Acai and Dragon sorbet well over 20 times and have always been more than pleased with our purchases! We serve this in our Cafe and our customers love it!

I ordered two of these, one to be sent to me and one to my daughter's in another state. Both were packaged super well, very hard Frozen with dry ice in a large cooler. They arrived in excellent shape. The taste and quality are just amazing! We will be ordering more sooner than not!

The product arrived with the container cracked and leaking. I have ordered this product three times . It is delicious and previously packages arrived in great shape. I understand a perishable food item is not returnable but I would expect a refund.

A few hiccups with this order were not typical for this company. I had never had issues before and was so thankful they immediately took care of the situation. A replacement was sent out. They were fast, they were professional, and they were great to work with. Those who have shown an issue must not have messaged the company, or they, too, would have been taken care of. It's a fantastic company, and I will be buying this again.
