Q: Anybody else have a problem with the windage and elevation screws stripping out? They were very hard to turn, and the windage screw couldn't take it.

I can't tell if the problem is the hex in the screw or the supplied hex wrench. On mine, the windage screw was a loose fit, so I used one of my own (better quality) 0.050 hex wrenches. The elevation seemed to fit better, but I used my own wrench on that to keep the head from stripping. The screws have a bit of Loctite (or something) on them to keep from working loose. If the screw seems stuck, hold a lighter to the wrench to heat it up a bit (obviously shield the body of the laser!) to loosen up the thread lock goop.

Q: Will this mount to an iwi masada 9mm?

It should fit but you may need to finesse the adapter key since they don’t include one any IWI pistols

Q: Will this work on a sig p320 m18?

Measure out the space from the trigger guard to the muzzle, that should tell you.
