Post surgery use
These worked very well when we had to pack gauze into the opening created by the doctors. They didn’t want to see it closed, opting to allow the incision to heal on its own. It hurt him when we tried using our hands push the gauze into place, these worked really well and didn’t cause any infections.

Not wood shaft as described
I purchased this product which clearly stated wood shaft....When I opened the first swab package it was in fact a flimsy plastic handle/shaft and was unusable for my purpose. I saw that the item was not returnable so I am stuck with something which I did not order since it wasn't as described. If someone from the company is listening please contact me. Thanks.
