Joyous. Stunning.
I’m overcome with joy at how thoughtfully designed and truly beautiful these cards are. Having read some negative reviews about the “negative energy” a couple of reviewers purport these cards to carry, despite my enthusiasm about this deck after almost a month’s worth of research to find a deck right for me (so dismayed with what I’d found that I started designing my own), I was a little anxious about unboxing these. Would they be like the pictures? Would they somehow bring negative energy to my life? (And I don’t even really believe in that!)Here’s what happened. I’d had a marvelous day and returned home to find the deck delivered. I’ve a had a false start with Amazon re: delivery damage and general quality of cards before so I was bracing myself for potential disappointment. As I was getting ready to open the parcel, a number of annoyances of my living situation added clouds to my mood. I was hesitant to open the pack in this subpar mood. But due to impatience I went ahead anyways. First impressions? A tint dent on the outside box. Seriously Amazon!?!? What is so hard about learning to ship cards like a book, i.e. do not put them in a skinny padded envelope because they will bruise. Ok, so that was disappointing, but negligible if all else was as it should be.It was. And beyond. As soon as I open the box the clouds on my mind disperse and I eagerly pick up the cards. Slowly greeting them one by one my mood goes from cranky to elated in seconds. These cards are just so beautiful and so thoughtfully designed that it makes my little heart sing. The images on the cards are more diffuse than sharp, but that speaks to both my aesthetic preferences and allows for an openness of interpretation. And while these might not read as high resolution images (which I love), they are abundant with detail and avenues for interpretation. For all the richness of imagery and generous color palette, these cards are not crass or imposing. They offer a wealth of interpretative approaches without being overly directional. Colorful but subtle. Breadth of color palette but not “bright” or “bold”. I’m a fan of both bright and bold but with the richness of imagery here I do welcome the calmer overall hue of the cards. The cards are thinner than some other cards I’ve tried but I prefer these by far. They are strong and supple and a delight to shuffle. The size makes them the perfect fit for my hands (medium) and there’s a reassuring weight to the deck that makes it feel substantial. If I had to find a less positive aspect of this deck it would be the relative prominence of the butterfly motif. It would not have been my first choice personally but it actually really works within the broader design concept, so… no complaints. If it’s not clear by now, I should state the obvious: I LOVE these cards. They are stunning aesthetically and thoughtfully designed. Such a rare combination. And I’m incredibly grateful to the makers for this rare example of a both inclusive and art-forward tarot deck design that also adheres closely to the tradition, thus enabling the users and the cards to engage with a deep tradition of tarot wisdom but with a lot less of the baggage. Thank you.To the people out there who think it’s ok to leave poor ratings for a product based on “negative vibes” you got from it. Seriously? Every single tarot deck you can buy that’s not been hand-painted and artisan-produced will come from a factory, most likely not a happy environment, more likely pretty destitute. How do you expect that deck to arrive with happy vibes in your mailbox? There’s ample advice available online on how to cleanse a deck upon receipt. Enough said.

One of the better decks I’ve come across in years
My favorite tarot decks tend to be montage decks. This is a montage deck that still seems to adhere strongly to the Rider formula. These cards are just dripping with character, charm and elegance. As a whole they absolutely seem to want to tell you something.

One of, if not THE, most culturally diverse decks around!
I LOVE the art on this deck! And I love the diversity of races and cultures it shows. It's such a relief to see the WHOLE WORLD shown ini a single deck! How'd he do it??The cards seem weirdly thin, but that's because so many cards nowadays are cumbersomely thick and stiff. You get used to it and I've come to relish the satisfying shuffle they give. I love the silver edging. If I'm honest, just for durability, I wouldn't mind if they were thicker, but these cards are wearing less because of their thinness—as opposed to my thicker decks which have warped and chipped on the edges in spite of care. So, there's unseen wisdom in that thinner card stock. The art is fantastic, fantastic, fantastic. It is both dreamy and concrete, giving me a lot to dig into in a reading. I've used these with my clients and they are very helpful in pulling details out of a spread. The one disappointment is the accompanying book by Theresa Reed, "The Tarot Lady." Surprisingly, she doesn't go beyond traditional Universal interpretations which isn't helpful if you are looking for nuance or direction in some of Miro's artistic visualizations. The book will leave you hanging, so be prepared to find your own answers—which is perhaps the point. Miro is an expert divinator, so the images aren't happenstance—he means something by them, his details are important.I don't use this deck every day, but it is hands down (cards up!) my FAVORITE deck depicting humans. Miro's cultural diversity is not only sage, but mandatory for card reading today, in this world that is comprised of so many people, ideas, cultures, economic classes, and so on. When I look at this deck, I feel like it clearly the reflects what I know of the world at large—and shows me things I have yet to explore. I have given it as a gift, and will again.Thank you Shaheen Miro!

Very UNIQUE Deck
These cards are absolutely stunning and it’s easy to connect with them. You can feel their energy (at least I feel it : ) . It’s important When you get your deck to smudge them with paleo / sage to clear previous energy imprints from handling. It’s important to take time to inspect and feel Each and every card/ open your intuition, Ask a question, shuffle the cards, cut the deck in 3, then draw to make your preferred spread (1 card- energy of the day, 2 card- Me/ Him or Pros/Cons, 3card-past /present/ future, 9 card- more in depth past /present/future, Celtic Cross...) Possibilities are endless. It is helpful to have one more deck for clarification (when you get stuck on a card or when message is not clear enough and more insight is needed ) There’s allot of minis for about $11.

An interesting collage deck
I was looking for this deck for a while and was glad to find it in an affordable price. It is a collage deck, beautiful artwork but not suitable for beginners IMO. It follows the RWS system but requires introspection and meditation to connect with the cards. I didn’t have time for many readings with the decks, the ones I did were very accurate and very deep

One of my favorite decks now!
Love the silver gilded edge. Card stick is just right. They have a sturdy storage box. But personally, the cards themselves are really great to work with because I draw lots of information from the images too. Fantastic deck! Glad I decided to add them to my collection!
