Lovely product , although it had to be un tangled so the packaging within the box needs to be improved .

The sound produced by these wind chimes is beautiful and we were, at first, extremely happy with them. However, after only a short time outside the wood discoloured and moulded, leaving the chimes looking highly unattractive. Upon contacting Gaia, I was told that the chimes are not sold with adequate weather protection for outside use and that this should be applied by the customer prior to using them outside. Unfortunately, this information is not available at point of sale and was given to us too late. I therefore requested replacements which were not forthcoming, and my subsequent emails went unanswered. This is not an acceptable aftercare service. Were it not for such extremely poor customer service, and the absence of necessary protection against weather, the chimes would get 5 stars, but with this in mind, I can only award one star.
