250g Organic Freeze Dried Whole Egg Powder Cooking Baking Scrambles Eggs Protein Powdered Eggs

I use this to make my own mayonnaise. The result keeps for longer than that made with fresh eggs as this is sterile because of the freeze drying. I make it with a stick blender in a wide-mouthed jar and the resultant mayo has an excellent flavour. I'm a bit of a mayo addict so it is great to always have this to hand so I can indulge!

Always liked dried egg scrambled eggs during and after the war and this reminds me of those days.Not sure what my mother used - milk or water or whatever - mixed with the powder, but the taste is very close now to the one I remember.

Product is fine but the package was damaged on delivery as it's just in a thin plastic bag the Amazon driver gave it to my Yong assistance dog.... Eggs yummy

Very good standby in in your pantry or store cupboard in case you can't purchase fresh eggs. Great for making cakes and pancakes.

This product is ideal for smaller portion cooking, especially for one.Delivery was fast and taste is good.Would recommend.

I only use this for baking as I doubt it would make a decent omelette. It is really handy to have in the cupboard for when you need it. Perfect for cakes, baked items and pancakes.
