Very expensive , price had been hiked up due to Covid19. Its not what I had expected. There is some discrepancy in reading between this non contact and standard contact thermometer. Has very narrow range. Not reliable in hypo/hyperthermia emergency.It’s ok as a rough guide of skin temperature, which differs from oral temperature which is the bench mark for reliable clinical assessment of body temperature.This device should not be used on its own to make a clinical judgement.

I’ve received this today and unfortunately it is not working as it should it’s almost 2 degrees out, no batteries came, the certification on the page doesn’t match the certificate in the box, and also I’ve been sold a second hand item very disappointed ☹️ Not even worth a star

It is missing a piece as you can see in the picture. It is not what I am expecting to have. It feels like a toy gun. And pressing, it feels that I will break it.

Very easy to use, once you have an English translation of the Chinese instructions.Delivery was as expected, also a positive response from seller, had it not being for the inconvenience of the instruction manual, this would have been a 5* review

arrived quicker than expected, the unit is very large, better to read screen, an advantage.no batteries in the box, compartment was empty, and no certificate, or manual.we have used it a few times now, trust the readings are correct.

This product looks good when you open the package, however my example would not turn on or work at all. Batteries were heating up despite being inserted the correct way around - dangerous! Seller contacted, tried to offer 30% refund, then 60% refund, then asked could I take it to a local repair shop? The item is not externally damaged!, so must have an internal fault. Seller must have misunderstood and then offered a full refund, so it may be a one off faulty item.

You can not play with health and at this time less, what I used and it takes me 2 different temperatures and with the other one that I have is different it cannot be.
