Very helpful with painful hands!
When I first turn it on it squeezes my hand too hard, but within seconds the pressure lessens and then the massage begins. I still haven't been able to use it for the full 15 minutes because my kitty has the need to "rescue" my hand. She will paw at the machine and my fingers trying to save me from the machine. But as someone whom uses their hands all day long holding pliers to create chainmaille, I'm loving this machine so far.

Didn't charge or turn on
Well, what else is there to say? Wouldn't charge, and wouldn't turn on. The power light indicates it's alive, but the massage does not work, heat does not work, and manual says if it doesn't massage, the power might be too low, but it doesn't charge either. Returned as defective.

A must have for office workers
This is an amazing must have for all of us slaves to the keyboards ! I have felt carpal tunnel pain and this relieves it immediately also my kids tried it and they also love it so I guess it's good for any hand that's tired after writing all day long.
