Tasted genuine
I felt the product is genuine. I ate a small pinch and it tasted and smelled like nutmeg.It helped me to sleep after consuming a pinch in a glass of Luke warm milk (I was jet lagged)

Good one.. Add some little in ur dish.. You wiuld be surprise the aroma by nutmeg powder.. Be conscious about time quantity bcz daily intake it should be some gram pls google for it.. Thanks
