Use these every day
There work great and are a reasonable price. I am a schedule freak. I use these on my blackboard and also on my white board calendar which is supposed to use dry erase markers. I prefer these to dry erase because they do not smudge as I am working on my boards.

These are very difficult to start working and once they do you have to keep pushing the tip down for a clean look when you're writing with them. Also the tip bends easily. Have to store them a certain way too or they dry out. I prefer regular chalk for sure!

Great chalk alternative
These work great on the chalkboards and whiteboards in our house. They write well and the colors are vibrant. I love that there is no dust and the marks can be easily wiped away when ready!

So these probably work on any surface except chalkboard, which is what I bought them for...if you erase almost immediately after writing stuff it will come off. Leave it on for a day or two and i had to use Bar Keepers Friend to scrub it off.
