As a new user, I'm satisfied with these suspenders. Construction is adequate, although I see how poor quality control and the number of seams and joints could lead to performance problems. Grips the fabric of my pants strongly. Adjustment was easy.

The suspenders are very nice looking, and we are planning on purchasing more for our wedding. However, the strap did break when trying on. We were able to fix it, but the quality is lacking for a long term wear.

These work well for keeping your pants up. They are not really intended for carrying a lot of weight and are certainly not the same as work-related suspenders where you have heavy pants with wallet, a knife and other such things strapped to your pants. These are basically dress suspenders. Other brands that I've bought that are designed like these have tended not to last very long because the elastic is not very strong. They work great for a while but then tend to peter out with use. Time will tell how well these wear. The clips on these are absolutely perfect for dress pants that you don't want to damage. I would never recommend the jaw type clips that bite hard into the fabric of the waistband. These clips are perfect. Normally I put buttons on my pants. These suspenders allow you to hold up your pants without interfering with a flexible waistband. These go nicely with the pair of Haggar pants that I bought on Amazon.

Nice, until it breaks. The metal clasp keeps breaking and I cannot fix it properly. I would return it if I could.

I needed these for a wedding, but I usually hate suspenders and was not excited about them. After receiving them in the mail, I tried them on and was surprised by how easy they were to adjust, and the clips were sturdy yet easy to open. Definitely a good buy!
