Deserves a Paul Hollywood handshake!
Great dark rich taste not too sweet, fills you up for the whole morning!I usually have overnight oats each morning but as the weather is getting colder I wanted something warm, quick and filling. I've brought Fuel 10K granola before and enjoyed it, so seeing this product by them I thought I'd try it out too. Its surprisingly low in sugar and cals despite its appearance, while offering up a whopping 11g of protein. Its a great brekkie that can be thrown into your work bag and made later or cooked at home and eaten on the go/ at the office etc. You can have it on its own or pair it with some fruit like a banana or some berries. The texture is great light and fluffy, only criticism is its a little dry, but with a coffee on the side it's not really an issue. I was a little disappointed that it deflated once I removed it from the microwave but it's to be expected due to how its cooked. On the instructions it says to cook for 50sec at 800 but I found it needed a bit longer/ open the door a few times to stop over spill. Still very quick and low maintenance. They work out at about £1 each which I think is good value considering you'd probably pay double that in a supermarket for similar.

Just great, they tick all the boxes!
I really love these. If you're tracking calories, you won't find a more filling, chocolatey and satisfying desert for 170kcals. If you're grabbing one for breakfast, they do the job. If you're into fitness, they have a decent amount of protein in and if you're on the go, they are fast and simple to make. Nice and spongy and moist. I tend to add slightly more water than instructed to get a bit of extra gooeyness on top. Not such a big fan of the banana version, but the Double Chocolate is superb. I'm on my third box.

Smells good, tastes poor
Handy little protein snack which I've been taking to work and making on my break. It takes only a couple minutes to make, and smells amazing when you are mixing it. Sadly, when it is cooked (microwaved), the taste I found was weak, and nothing like chocolate. It seems the cooking process changes the taste/smell dramatically.Doesn't taste like a chocolate muffin, but it is an O.K. snack which apparently has some good protein in. However, I think I will stick with protein bars from now on as they have the same or less price, same protein/calories, less faff, and better taste.

They taste great and are really easy to make
They taste great and take very little time in microwave. I use them as breakfast and they are surprisingly filling, would recommend!

Disgusting
I love their porridge, flavoursome without the crazy amount of calories, so was looking forward to this. However, it was disgusting.Just tasted like flavourless savoury sponge.Texture was ok though, about the only positive.Gave these to my kids to have because they can add chocolate and cream and allsorts if additional calories to make it tast of something...

Stodgy bitty cake mixture
I found this very stodgy, and with the oat bits in tastes weird and not so good, the chocolate sponge how ever is nice and I only had a few spoonfuls and was full, I don't think I'll be getting this one again x
