Great, clean fun!
It’s hard to find games nowadays that are suitable for playing with the whole family and friends. I personally enjoy cards against humanity, but it can get so vulgar and inappropriate when playing with children or friends. I think the cards are well written, and some of them are absolutely hilarious! We’ve played it several times, and it just kept us laughing every single time. A few of the cards are more geared towards a strongly theological aspect, which may be something some people don’t know much about, but for people like my husband who have a degree in biblical studies, he has a lot of fun with them! I wouldn’t let that detract from this game, because even people who have little Catholic background or knowledge really enjoy it. I highly recommend!

Awesome game which brings the family together
Over time, the rubrics and the monotony of focusing on the faith can seemingly get played out for young ones. This game definitely serves to bring alive what's seemingly "resting" too comfortably.I played this game with my 8 year old daughter last night and we had a blast as ridiculousness is her speed & she laughed the entire time. The person who has been to confession most recently (me) is the "judge" or, if your playing as a group, the group can decide the winning answer. The game setup is similar to cards against humanity except these are Catholic focused and family friendly. This is a game our world definitely needed and which makes focusing on the faith a joy for all ages. Can't wait to include the other 3 kids and my wife tonight! This will definitely be a regular game we play.

Catholic Match Game
When I was a boy, there used to be a show on during the day called Match Game. The contestants and a panel of stars would be asked would be read a question or statement with a missing part. The stars would secretly write down what they thought the missing part (blank) should read. Then the constant who's turn it was, would fill in the blank publicly say what they thought should be in the blank space hoping that the stars would have written down the response given by the contestant. The show could be a laugh riot depending on the answers given. This game is similar to that, the main difference is that you have to choose from the cards you have in your hand to either get the most accurate answer possible, or the funniest. You are either judged by one person or a committee, based on how everyone agreed to play at the start. You are not relying on stars to agree with you either.Tried it out with my wife and we found the game very enjoyable. We are Traditional Catholics, but it seemed to us that even non Catholics could have fun with the game.

Great game for high school youth group
My teens love this game. Easy to play and a great opportunity to teach our faith in a relaxed, fun way.

Great Fun
I first played this years ago when I was an assistant youth minister with the high school youth group, because they loved Apples to Apples so much and we discovered this gem. The teens loved it, but some cards were a bit above their comprehension. I then borrowed it for a dinner party with my parents and some friends from church, and I’ve never seen my mom laugh so hard! I finally bought them their own set for Christmas this year, and they’re so excited to play it with the family this week!

For those who can find humor in their Catholic faith
Our family appreciates that the 8 of us, and more when extended family are over, can play this together. We enjoy the fact that the cards make us laugh and competition is at a minimum. This game is not for everyone. You definitely have to be able to see the humor that exists in the Catholic Church. There are also a few cards not appropriate for younger players. Otherwise, it is a great family game.
