Hi ..I found these very good in treating my, hopefully, temporary back pain. Yes, they can ‘roll off’ but that’s a very limited downside to the relief that you get from them, particularly at night. Was on ibuprofen tablets which, thankfully, I have been able to replace with these patches. 👍😊

Misleading description. You get 5 pieces not 40!

I have a painful cyst on my ankle on main vein, which drs wont operate on. But after 34 yes it's got very painful! Found online using a heat pad can help with pain, for me it works well. Love the smell but my one complaint they are easy to roll up and loose. But for the price I cannot complain, getting a bit if mobility back is brilliant and neighbours appreciate not hearing my scream in pain.

These plasters are simple to use, I cleaned the area first with a bit of hand sanitizer to ensure they stuck on then twisted them to break the backing tape in the middle. They stay on for over 24 hours easy and are best removed in the shower when very wet. My only complaint would be very limited information about them as most of the writing on the packa is foreign. I would prefer to know what I'm sticking on my body but been using them for over a month for joint and muscle pain with no issues

Pleasantly surprised, a definite benefit

This batch did not have any perforation like the first one's did and do not work as well. I have reordered and hopefully receive the same as the first lot.
