Q: Will this support my asus h310 prime-plus motherboard with stock cpu fan, and evga rtx 3060 12gb xc? also how many fans can it hold?

It can hold up to seven fans, although I'm not sure you'd need that many. In mine, I have liquid cooling up top (that takes up the space of about 3 fans, Corsair), three RGBL LED intake fans on the front (came with the unit) and one RGBL exhaust fan on the back near the top. It operates highly efficiently, has never overheated, and it spectacularly silent. As for fitting the item on your spec sheet, I couldn't tell you. What I can say is that this case is quite large internally and can house most standard ATX motherboards and related equipment. My GeeForce GTX 1060 Founder's Edition measures about 9" long, and it fits perfectly, but your card (evga rtx 3060 12gb xc) measures just under 8", so it should fit without any issue.

Q: Are expansion slots on the back of tower pull tabs or cover & screw?

They're pull tabs. You get two screw tabs included, but you'll have to find more if that's important to you.

Q: Is it compatible with thermal take rgb fans ? Will they sync with the other fans ?

They have to be a 6pin fan. Unfortunately it is not a standard type across all the case makers. We have additional fans for purchase on our website. zalman usa
