Great Probiotic! I was initially skeptical as there was not many reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised! I’ve been looking for a long time to find something that works well with my body whilst being easy to swallow! The thickness of the capsule isn’t too big at all! Would recommend this specific probiotic, as well as the brand in general!

This product contains 10 strains and is cheaper by far than the supermarket yogurt drink I was drinking before! I've seen major improvements in my mood since taking probiotics, which aligns with the emerging science that the mood is strongly linked to gut health. I feel like I'm doing something good for myself by taking this, and I will be repurchasing in future.

they seem ok but i have no proof the good bacteria is still alive.And why do some probiotics are kept in the fridge and this one isnt? Also the French flag is misleading as its not produced in France at all

I've been on Omeprazole for a number of years, so have ever present stomach problems, red meat in particular causes me several days discomfort.I started taking probiotics a few months ago and switched to these last week as they seem to be great value and get highly reviewed. So far so good! All in all a good, sound product.

Constipation brought on by moving to a new country at 74. Gentle and effective.

For first 3 weeks I've been feeling very well. My stomach was flat no issues at all. Unfortunately with the end of first batch and with begging of second I feel worse. My stomach is in pain, I have diarrhea and pain like someone hit me in my stomach. Unfortunately it's now over a week when I feel like this taking 1 or 2 each day. Shame :(
