It's now 3 months since we bought the Glen 4 Burner glass gas stove with Auto ignition & FFD. The product looks elegant and worked well for the first 2 months. Then the auto ignition for one stove conked off, followed a few days later by another! Changing the battery cell didn't help. For the past 2-3 weeks, have been trying to get in touch with Glen Service but to no avail. A prerecorded message on their service number thanks one repeatedly for one's "patience and understanding", but that's it! Sending messages to their contact id on their web portal hasn't worked so far either!

The product is very costly as compare to other manufactures, wastage of hard earn money.Aslo had requested for service and installation, but sorry to say no response from that side.
