I have had a stuffy head for a week plus. Allergies are killer this time of year and cause a headache and itchy throat which turns into a cough, so miserable. I have tried just about every product out there. This stuff does the trick. The menthol in it cleared my stuffy head almost immediately. I am very pleased.

The effects are comparable to Vicks Severe, but the flavor is somehow worse. Regardless, the value is worth it.

I got this because I've been pretty sick and figured it was pretty much the same as day/nyquil. I'm gonna be honest I took the day time one once and will never take it again. the taste was absolutely AWFUL. it's like I mixed mouthwash and Vicks vapor rub and drank it. the insane mint flavor was so strong it was burning on the way down. and ot hurt my stomach so bad I had to actively work to keep it down. if it worked I might have put myself through that again for the sake of having relief but it really didn't do much for me. the night time one was much better. the taste was about the same as any other night time meds without the extra side effects. but within about 10-20 mins of taking it made me super tired and knocked me out all night when nyquil doesn't normally even do that. so all in all I don't recommend the day time unless you enjoy agony but I definitely recommend the night time.
