Flame King Scorch Smokeless Infrared Electric Broiler for Indoor Use

Loved the specs and price on this, and it worked great the first time we used it — it was everything we were looking for! We were excited to use it a second time, but it would not get hotter than 90°F even though the built-it thermostat said it was at 1,200°. Whoever wrote the user guide has a three-year old’s command of the english language, and we were willing to forget that until this thing failed us so miserably.

Love this Scorch grill!! It is really well made and really works great! It heats up very fast and cooks a steak in a few minutes. I am very happy with this product and priced very well compared to anything similar !

Works ok, however does not cook a large steak evenly. Even though your steak can fit inside, the heating elements are not as big as the inside of the oven. So, some parts of the steak are basically untouched while most of the steak has nice sear and char.

This product failed to operate as advertise, its brand new out of the box. Unable to experience it potential function.

This little oven is a great little machine for making a steak for one or two people. Heat up very fast and does a great job of cooking a steak at over 1000 degrees. The only way to make this product better is to spend a little more time creating the owners manual, some items are not very clear but i did figure them out overtime.

Was so excited to use this item because we wanted the flame broiled experience. Upon unboxing we immediately tried to put it to use only to discover that a machine that is almost $300 doesn’t get hot enough to intimidate my hand let alone cook a meal. As you can see the temp is reading around 700 degrees Fahrenheit however, you also observe my hand touching the inside of the grill. Sooooooo yea. Also, there was no door to close the machine to keep the heat in. Totally disappointed and this thing is going back ASAP! I really wanted this to work… badly! I’m very unhappy about this.

Great new grill! This Scorch grill is exactly what I was looking for: well made, heats up very quickly and cooks a steak in just a few minutes. I love that it runs on electricity so I don't need to worry about running out of gas. Overall a great buy. Very satisfied customer.
