Very nice crystalline ginger, not preformed but irregular as it should be, a good strong flavour not too hot, big bag well worth its money, if you are a fan of ginger you won't regret getting this, it is very moreish.

Have brought this in the past from a different supplier but decided to try these guys based on price and reviews, glad I did.Happy to say the reviews I read were accurate.The ginger itself is very tasty and there is enough sugar so you can taste it but it is not over powering.I tend to use it in cooking and occasionally as a snack and in both cases it is fine, good texture and quality is very good and strong enough for me.Overall would happily recommend as it is in my opinion good value for money and a really good product.

Gave 4 stars, although my husband loves ginger - there's too much sugar surrounding the ginger, so he has to shake the excess sugar off each time.

I love this crystallised ginger, and have a subscription to top up on a regular basis! It tastes great, not too hot while still having a kick to it. It comes in a big bag which I then save into Kilner jars to keep as fresh as possible. Great quality and value for money, what more could you ask for?
