I like that the mg is smaller because you're not supposed to take a lot of melatonin. it's delicious and love that it's vegan!

It helps but too sweet
Gummies are too sweet it hurts my teeth. It does help to sleep.

Ive tried multiple versions and this is the best.
Backstory: Child with a medical condition which causes insomnia. I have tried every variation of melatonin. This one works the best Ive seen with my son. He enjoys taking them, he is also vegan so thats a plus. They work with in 30-one hour on my son. He finally gets the rest he needs for school. Would recommend to any one who has tried the liquid/pill form to no avail. I don't know what they do. This will be a regular purchase for me in the future. Thanks. 10/10

Did not help with sleep
I was hopeful because of good reviews but these just did not work for me at all. I tried several times with the same result.

Great Taste!
These gummies taste GREAT. Fruity and yummy! They are kinda mild, which is probably the intent, since they are for kids too. The serving size takes a bit to kick in for me and my husband.
