Obviously the quality of the supplement is the most important part. Price and quantity are also of importance. But for me? A fish oil supplement that has NO fishy burps or taste but is still good quality is the MOST important thing for me and this one hits the mark.Anyway... So my cholesterol is pretty high and my doctor recommended fish oil supplements along with a better diet and exercise. Better diet and exercise I'm already doing, but I just loathe trying fish oil supplements because of the nasty fishy aftertaste or oily burps. Especially when you're with others and they have to smell it, too. Just grossness all around. These were pretty big and they recommend taking it twice a day which made me nervous, but considering the amount of 5 star reviews and how MANY reviews there were, I took a chance. It's only been about 24 hours since I started taking them, but I have had NOT ONE fishy aftertaste experience. AWESOME!!

This is an important supplement to add to your daily routine. I am good about taking my multi-vitamins, eye health and Vitamin D supplements but often forget about the Omega 3's. This fish oil so far I like a lot. Hopefully hopefully it’s working. It doesn’t have a fishy smell or taste. It seems seems to be very high quality. I’m very pleased. And the price point is good.
