We have a blind that needs a wand, and the original wand rusted and broke. We ordered a replacement that only lasted one season. This replacement works very well, appears to be very sturdy, and is plenty long enough to reach the loop it goes into.

We just moved into a new home that has a retractable awning. However the hook handle was broken and it was very difficult to open and close for shade on our deck. I was happy to see that we could purchase this as a replacement. I didn’t see a lot of options online so I hoped for the best. This arrived quickly and works perfectly! The previous one we had was rusted and dusted our hands in a chalky substance. This doesn’t seem like it will do that. This crank seems heavy duty and should last a long time. We’re looking forward to the ease of using our awning this spring and summer.

This awning rod is better than the original one that came with the awning several years ago. It has a smooth movement when turning to wind or unwind the awning. It's nice that it is a few extra inches longer than the original one. I would definitely recommend this rod for rolling up the patio awning.

We use this for sun shades attached to our pavilion. Most cranks are too short, but this is sturdy and the right length to reach. The only negative I have is the angle of the hook. The angle is about 10 degrees too sharp, making it difficult to hook in. I remedied this by heating up the hook with a MAP gas torch and bending it out a bit to a good angle. This destroys the shiny surface of the hook, but doesn't seem to change the durability.

Very easy to order and arrived as promised. Product itself is well made and quite functional.

I’m using this with a retractable awning that came with a standard length crank. Because of the height of the attachment it was difficult to crank with the 4’ crank. This one solves that problem perfectly.

The media could not be loaded. the goods are very poor quality, just disgustingly poor quality, I’ve come broken and I can only imagine how long it would serve our business
