I am so thankful I have this machine! I previously have owned a bunch of smaller air purifiers to help with the smell of dogs per a realtor’s suggestion. I moved into the country and into a home I started remodeling and my allergies went bananas! I was coughing and sneezing so I plugged in my little ones but they were not large enough to do anything.I started doing a ton of research and this was a consumer reports top 10 (#2). I tried this one and the coway airmega 250. This one was hands down the winner. My dogs come running in and kick up dirt, it turns on and helps clean air. Contractors are here working and making a dusty mess, it turns on. I love the app to monitor the filter lifer and air quality.I love this so much, I went to Allen’s website to register my unit and saw they had a whole house promotion so I bought it and basically have a unit in every room. My coughing has subsided, my sneezing is better and my sleep app shows I am snoring less.The aesthetic of this unit is awesome and it is quiet too. I am so pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this everyone I know!

My husband's allergies are the worst and we finally found something, other than drugs, that help. This air purifier works well, looks great and the customer service is top notch. Pretty quiet on the lower settings and we could tell a difference in his allergy response within the first day. An Alen representative reached out the day we received it, to make sure the purifier was delivered and met our expectations and were very helpful. There was a very small chip on the front panel due to shipping company, but Alen representative sent a replacement panel right away. The customer service was impressive. I would purchase from them again!

I was a little hesitant to purchase strictly due to the price but I’m glad I did. My doctor recommended one due to my allergies. It is definitely worth, it truly purifies the air. Plus you can actually see when it’s working. I liked it so much that I bought a second one for our other house.

Received it and it wouldn't turn on. customer service was good and we tried a few things until they said I got a bad unit and should return it. Maybe I had a fluke, but I returned it.

After unboxing and setting up. The build quality is really great. The top display has the most amazing lights i've seen on a device in a long time.There are a bunch of settings like Ionizer, filter quality, timer, fan speed, auto and a child lock button so busy fingers can't mess up the settings. The center power button has a color ring around it that shows the status of the air quality. Blue, green, orange, red and purple. You want blue or green if you have purple thats serious bad quality air.Had set mine on auto and the fan started out at the second speed, then after a little while it lowered because the system detected the room was cleaned it didn't need to work as hard.Will say that this purifier is very large but...its meant to clean multiple rooms. Yes, it cane use in one room but it really has the capability to do a whole floor as long as the rooms are more of an open concept floor plan. Its rated for up to 1300 sq ft.I had set the machine up around 3pm and when i went to bed around 11pm i could definitely notice that the air had a bright crispness to it when i walked into the room. It just felt easier to breathe and also felt i could smell things easier.When the fan is at its lowest setting its super quiet but will say that it is a little louder than expected when at the medium setting. Some people will like that white noise sound, i kind of do myself. For the most part it is quiet but of course when you rev that fan up your going to hear it but nothing out of control loud.Wish it came with a remote control so i could turn it on. There is a timer but that's only for when you manually turn it on. if i'm in bed i don't want to get up to turn it on so that remote for the price of this machine should be part of it.The filter is rated to last 12-15 months depending on use which is great because you don't have to worry about it. I do know that the filters are pricey but being they can last a full year or more its worth it.There are also front panel options in so many colors to go with your rooms decor which i happen to this is great. This company has many models so if this one isn't right for you they should have something you'd like.I know that allergies won't be so bad running this machine. Its September when i'm making this review and we are getting the ragweed season started. But, i've not had a problem waking up the last few days while having the purifier running all night.

Didn't include instructions, even on how to uncover the filter. Had call, was referred to website, said they are saving paper. Instructions less than 12 pages, could be fewer if reduced size of cover page and contents (only 12 pages, not needed).Warranty requires a subscription to buy filters.
