Neutrogena Transparent Facial Bars, Acne-Prone Skin Formula, 3.5 Ounce (Pack of 8)

I've been using this soap for decades. First discovered it when I started breaking out as a tween. I never outgrew the oily skin and continue to have adult acne periodically. This is the best soap for making my skin feel truly clean, without any residue. It also rinses off easily and quickly. Unfortunately, that excellent rinsability means it dissolves easily so you have to be careful to store it in a dry soap dish. I sometimes use it as body soap in the summer months and it goes very quickly.

I love this soap. It smells nice. It rinses off of your skin and leaves it feeling clean and dry. Other soaps feel like they leave oil or soap scum. This rinses clean. If you like that really clean dry feel. I like to use a moisturizer after, but it's up to you. I have sensitive skin, so I was recommended nutrogina by a dermatologist. I've never had an acne problem. Just lucky like that. However, everyone gets a zit from time to time. It's just the price you will pay for being human and eating cooked food. Since washing my face with this in the shower every night, I haven't had even one zit. I've been 100% complexion free for months and months and months. Yes, this works THAT well. I swear by the stuff and I buy it constantly. It's excellent for the skin and keeping your face bacteria free.

First, this is a great product, period. My complaint is with the service from this seller. I have ordered this product in a 6-bar quantity twice. However, my order history shows I've ordered it at least 6 times. That is because every time I order it, they send me the wrong item. The first time I ordered it they sent me the wrong product twice. My current experience is I ordered May 12, 2022, 6 bars of the Acne cleaning formula. I received one bar of the original formula and returned it. It is now (today is June 18) scheduled for delivery by July 11. Ridiculous. However, this product is so good, I will wait patiently for it.

Although I am 50 years old, I still have trouble with acne which isn't all bad I suppose if it means I'm still young. Anyway, in an attempt to escape the scourge of pimples, I have decided to use Neutrogena's "transparent facial bars" which is a fancy way of saying "acne soap."What are the advantages of using this soap over other acne treatments like cream or pads? I like the fact that I can apply this soap to my face whenever I shower. I then wash it right off, and the only remnant is perhaps a slightly dry feeling on my face. I don't like creams and pads because I need to take time out from the normal course of my day to apply them. Cream also can remain visible for awhile after it's applied.How effective is this soap? It seems to help, and I rarely get zits. Of course, since I still get pimples, it's not a perfect treatment.Will this soap help you with your acne? I'd recommend you try it. It's a fairly easy way to apply treatment, and it can be effective in reducing pimples. Don't expect it to eliminate acne, though.

I bought this to use to cleanse my face before shaving and glad I choose this brand.It's very smooth when put on, has little smell although it is pleasant.Really helps to wash right before applying my shaving cream/gel.Also, one bar looks like it will last months. which makes it a good deal for the price.

This soap has less oils than the regular clear neutrogena. It works well on uneven skin say part oily part dry and has PH balance. It leaves your face feeling cleaner and not dry yet clean. Can't reccomend this enough to any one with a small acne problem. It doesn't heal you faster, but you reduce the amount you get in half or more. So I highly reccomend it. It just became an add on for a higher price weeks ago. But I will add it on to my next $25 order.
