Worked well on Troy Bilt snowblower
Purchased to add fuel shutoff to my Troy Bilt snowblower. Best way I have found to slow down carb issues outside of running non-ethanol fuel and I have switched to that as well after tear down and cleaning of multiple Briggs and other small engines with carb issues. The hardest part of install was getting access to and removing the old fuel line. Once I was in there it was easy to install this new shutoff and fuel line. Works great allowing full fuel flow or full shutoff. I plan to add there to my mowers, pressure washer and edger. Great price and ok quality.

Tubing seems to melt when exposed to gasoline
The valve works fine but the fuel tubing leaves a black residue on your hands after exposure to gasoline, may just be some coating on the surface dissolving but sure makes a mess.

Must have for new mowers without shut off valve
Are you tired of having old gas crap up you carburetor because your mower or field trimmer does not have a gas shut off valve? This is what you need and is easy to install. I suggest installing it on all new mowers before you put gas in them. I will order more of these as the current gas causes trouble with all of my outdoor equipment. It is also nice to have a longer gas line to attach if you want to empty your mower gas tanks in the fall. Keeps you from turning your mower upside down and getting oil in the cylinders or gas all over your mower deck.

Arnold GSV-200 Universal Gas Shut-Off Valve Kit
This Arnold GSV-200 kit worked perfectly to replace the leaking fuel shut-off valve and old dried out fuel line on my portable generator. The kit included a barbed 1/4" straight shut-off valve, two spring-type fuel line clamps and 24" long piece of 1/4" I.D. fuel line. I noticed that the valve body is marked with in/out. It's a little hard to see it on the black plastic and I'm not sure if it matters, but is probably worth mentioning so you don't technically install it backwards.

order enough for every gas driven small unit as the price of gas and oil you put this on and don't have to worry about gas dripping into oil in storage and losing use of both. Makes it easier to drain for winter, etc..
