helps me with my knees and tigh and lower legs and also my feet
i bought this item because iam a sr, having back issues and some health issues which makes hard for me to walk, so when i read it was for srs and for people to help with flexability and for people after surgery, i figure it might help, i just started to use is, my knees (which are really bad) has helped a lot, so if you are the type that is unable to walk this is perfect, i also added some one lb weight for my arms, and also while peddling iam also moving my torso trying to help my lower back, i strongly suggest for any one that needs some motivation to get better, this is perfect, you can watch tv or use while you are on the computer, it is great!!! glad i got it!!!

get the bigger bottle
Lovely smell. Its a citrusy vanilla. Perfect for spring or summer. I enjoy the opening that is tart in a good way and how its blended so well with the vanilla. I would have given 5 stars, but the roller does not roll and its hard to apply the fragrance. I wish I had just gotten the biggest bottle instead of trying to sample it first.

Powdery Scent?
Did anyone else's pure vanilla scent smell really powdery? I understand that the brand states that this scent is mixed with a light floral smell (which I though would be lovely) but I bought this perfume oil thinking that I would mainly smell like vanilla but instead I just recieved a powdery smell that wasn't really the vanilla dream I was expecting.This could totally be exactly what someone is looking for, it just wasn't mine. I apprciate the natural ingrediants a lot, but it just didn't last long on me. I would return if I could.
