Way better than original
I replaced an IRFP 250N from a treadmill with one of these because it had better heat dissipation. Worked perfectly first time. I could have paid $249.00 for a replacement board but now I can do the same job five times for about $2.25 cents. Will buy again.

They worked
Needed to fix my salt system in my pool. This mosfet powered the cell and was giving me false information. As soon as I replaced it then it worked like new again..

Nice product
These seem to be well made, and they perform as they should. I'm using them to switch a high'ish voltage DC current of about 6A. That said, they are not International Rectifier (as indicated in the product photographs).

Good Mosfet
These work well for my application. My application involves a dc gear motor and an Arduino. I am using them with a 36 watt load, 3 amps at 24 volts at a 31,000 hertz switching frequency, They get warm as expected however a heat sink is able to dissipate the excess heat.

I recommend this seller and will be using them on future related orders!
Received all five MOSFETs in perfect working order. They were packaged neatly and had no signs of rough handling or any other imperfections. All five tested good without deviation with a multimeter.I will be using this seller again for future related orders. Thanks!

FAKE! FAKE!!
Amplifier on and burn at moment!! false Technical support, All FAKE!! 100% BAD quality BAD and BAD, money wasted!

Be aware these are knockoff copies, they're good but not as good as originals.
Modern MOSFETs are simply incredible, and even these knockoffs perform pretty well. And the price is very good. But they will not live up to official IRFP260 specs. It's easy to tell these are knockoffs because they weigh ~4 grams vs over 6 grams for the authentic versions.I purchased a pack of these to replace the MOSFET in a PCB based 180W DC Electronic Load (similar to DL24, but with dual vertical fans, and heat tubes). The original IRFP260 failed at around 50V 2.5A (125W), whereas the IRFP260N's I swapped in from this order fail around 50V 1.2A (60W).Part of that may come from the fact that the 'N' version has higher specs when used in switching applications, but the older IRFP260 with 'N' is a little better suited to dissipating heat, such as my DC load.Bottom line is these are great value, but if you need the absolute maximum out of your MOSFET, look elsewhere.
