NOT MICROWAVE SAFE....enough said? I think so :-)
A few words say it all, NOT MICROWAVE SAFE! Product barely holds heat for about two hours which is a pain since most folks take lunch in their fourth hour. Not being microwave safe means you have to make sure to have additional plate setting which are to heat up your food and if you really want to use this product, transfer it back to your stylish lunch stackable. The bag which it comes with is raggedy and not the most impressive, although it does its job. Would not recommend for hot food use.

Almost perfect
Great little lunch box. Holds a lot. Doesn’t leak, and has a great carrying case. The only flaw is you can’t pop your food in the microwave to warm it up because it’s metal. But still a great buy!

Disappointed !
I bought this lunch box bc it said it keeps food warm , but it dosent keeps food warm at all. Afyer 2hrs only of being in the lunch box my food was cold. So it defenietly does not serves the purpose of a Thermal Lunch Box as its described to be sold !

The item itself looks good, however, with the name themral, looks allot like thermal. This did not keep anything warm (or cold) for more than an hour or so. When I went back, it did state keeps warm for 1-2 hours. Honestly, if I get a thermal insulated item, I would expect it should maintain temp for multiple hours. I like it, but it’s not really suitable for hot or cold items. Especially for the money.

Nice to pack a meal in, but......
This is a nice to pack your lunch in but.....Each container leaks and one of the seals/gaskets was damaged right out of the packaging.It does not keep food warm at all. After thirty minutes food was cold.It comes with a wonderful carry case with a detachable and adjustable strap.Nice utensils in a case.It's very nice, the price was right and it is versatile but I would not purchase again only because it didn't suit my needs.

Not user friendly
Hate this it’s really hard to open not user friendly at all.

The buckles are too tight and it's impossible for kids to open it. Never imagined open the lunch box can shed a few drops of blood.not leak proof at all. no silicon seal just hard plasticwill return for sure

Pas à la hauteur de la description
Bonne dimension, livraison rapide toutefois, les contenants ne sont pas étanches et garde moyennement la chaleur (3h après y avoir mis de l'eau bouillante, l'eau était à peine tiède).
