I've been taking this for 6 months and have noticed the changes. After gastric bypass, I started using Bariatric Advantage products. I tried other vitamins; organic, wholistic and regular vitamins. Bariatric brought my vitamin levels back up in the normal range. I just started using the Biotin and my fingernails feel harder, haven’t noticed any hair changes yet.
