Morel’s California Peppers are pre-stemmed, clean, and pliable.I recently ordered a bunch of different peppers from different brands and Morel’s are best of the bunch.

I normally buy produce from my local ethnic market but I got these from Amazon because the types of chilies were clearly labeled (as opposed to the market selection which can have pretty vague labels).I got these for making Thai red chili paste and they were PERFECT. Great quality. I would buy again.

Very good flavor, and a must have for home and restaurant chili preparers.

good stuff,I toast mine in a skillet and then grind them in my Krupps grinder and use as needed.Good strong Chile flavor with a moderate low heat, not hot.

I use these for making pots of beans. These peppers are very good looking, fresh, great flavor.
