No issues with shipping or the seller so the 2 stars are for the product itself. I've had them for awhile & have been scared to try them(they haven't expired). Starting my diet today & brought them to work with a sauce I made. My hopes were high, the let down was huge. They don't have an actual taste so that's a plus however, where these fail in my eyes is the texture. When I first started chewing I thought I was chewing on a tomato that hadn't been cut up enough, then to hear you chewing it.... the sound of it is crazy, it really sounds like you are chewing rubber bands. I don't eat lobster, shrimp or crab because to me it has a rubbery texture that I can't get past. Ironically, I will eat fried scallops & fried calamari..... those have NOTHING on the texture these do. I guess I will loose weight eating these because I'm having to force myself to eat it; although I may get tired of chewing & just eat the pasta sauce instead, glad I put ground turkey in it. I wish I was in love with this stuff like some of the other people that have bought it. I tried it & never again, I'll stick with using spiraled zucchini as "pasta".

Overall, a great substitute for pasta. The ziti are not a great shape and I recommend avoiding them. One of my bags arrived spoiled with the pasta a dark yellow goo. Neither Amazon nor Wonder Noodles would provide any support. So that was terrible. Overall, I order these monthly and and happy with that decision.

We love all of the varieties of Wonder Noodles, e4speccially the rice and the spaghetti. They have the best flavor/mouth feel of all the shirataki noodles we have tried, and we have tried a lot of different brands. I like to use the spaghetti noodles with some bone broth, collagen, and MCT Oil to make myself a nice bowl of keto ramen. I think we are done experimenting at this point and unless someone presents me with a very compelling reason to try anything else, we're just going to use these from now on.I don't really understand the portioning. There are two bags in each package and each of the bags is listed as 7 servings. Each of those bags should be, at most, in my opinion, 2 servings. I don't understand the decision made here, but oh well, I'm fine with recording 3.5 servings of Wonder Noodles with my meal.These have some oat fiber in them, so some Keto purists may have a problem with that, but it works for me and I'm not dogmatic about this stuff. My approach is do what works for your health. Live long and prosper. I'm not interested in discussing with you whether what I do is TrueKeto®™©

It is a good product for not having any calories or carbs and when you are watching what you eat.

Was I surprised!!! After being on a Bariatric diet for over a year, avoiding bread, pasta, rice and the like, I was craving pasta. Made "noodles" from zucchini, spaghetti squash and the like, and they were just not "hitting the spot". Saw this and thought, what the hey, let's give this a try! I used the fettuccine noodles in a grilled chicken and alfredo sauce....DELICIOUS! Even my husband tried them and enjoyed them. The next night I tried in a pasta sauce with meatballs. Another success! Did not affect my sugar, either. Anxious to try the rice next. The only disadvantage, is the packet (there's 2 in each bag) serves 7 and you have to use the unused portion up in 24 hrs. I wish they came in packets of 2 servings. But can't complain when it "hits the spot" and tastes good. Easy to prepare....just rinse in cold water and add to the sauce to heat through. I will be buying more.

I tend to stay within 700-800 calories per day during a strong diet and 400-600 per day on an aggressive diet. After coming home from a long day of work I want to enjoy my home to the fullest since I don't spend as much time at home as I'd like. That causes binge eating and over snacking. I found these to be the perfect solution! TBH when you take these out of the bag they smell like feet so you have to rinse them thoroughly in water and my wife does a quick stir fry with a touch of oil. After that you can top these with anything but I find them to be the perfect replacement for ramen noodles in instant soup mix. They really nailed the consistency, texture and length of these things to feel like I'm eating ramen. Well done!

I like this product. It is a great alternative to regular rice and pasta. My one complaint is I placed my order in April 2021 and received bags with different expiration dates on them. That said I unfortunately did not get to try the ziti since it was basically expired when we received it. It would be nice to get a replacement if possible.

So, if you are trying to eliminate carbs, these will do it. They just seem insert... Flood them with some sauce and they are ok. Texture is ok. DodaDodaDay!

I've had other zero carb pastas like Miracle Noodles which tasted much better than these! They had a strange crunchy texture which made them hard to chew. Even though I simmered them in a spicy bolognese sauce, they were still crunchy and tasteless. As much as I dislike Miracle Noodles, I would buy them before purchasing this garbage again.

I ordered it on March 21 and received product that had expired on March 7. No returns. I got stuck paying for EXPIRED product.

There is a very strange taste and texture to this pasta…not a fan.
