Do not recommend
I ordered the SIM card as I’m Australian living in London and needed an Aussie number. The sim came and I followed all instructions and the sim did not work at all. Sent many many emails to the company who could not fix the issue. Waste of money!! I do not recommend using this service. I was under the belief that it was an Optus SIM card, but when it arrived it was a third party company using the Optus sim, therefor even Optus could not help me.

Good buy if you want to plan ahead
I liked that I could plan and let people know what my Australian number was going to be before I arrived, rather than waiting to get an Australian sim on landing. I was there for 3 weeks so this suited me very well and i used 3G plenty without running out of data. Couldn’t seem to send texts to some uk numbers though.

Ideal For My Trip Back To Oz
Easy to set up and worked as soon as I landed. I would have given a 5, but I would have preferred to be sent my number 2 to 3 days before travel, instead of the 1 day, so that I could let all my Aussie friends know the number before leaving the UK.

Brilliant and easy to use. Just register before you travel and add an activation date. Arrive at destination with phone number and data. Would definitely use again.

Expired cards
I ordered two 28 day SIM cards for 14 day quarantine on 1st Jan 2021. They arrived on 3rd Jan 2021. Both have an expiry date of 31 December 2020! Poor!
