I received the product, timely, and as advertise. The scope looked and felt great. However, after four uses, it was no longer functional. The seller did contact me and replaced the product free of charge. Was satisfied with their customer service and very thankful for replacing the product after the Amazon return date. New scope is working fine.

I bought a scope, being a nursing student, and the scope and case is perfect. It also has extra add-ons that I don’t think i need. But i had a problem with my scope, and their customer service contacted me and took care of the issue. I would buy from them in “the blink of an eye exam!”. I am a satisfied customer.

The ophthalmoscope is terrible!! My phone with light and camera works better. Apparently, this isn't returnable either, which I've never had an issue with on Amazon before. I will definitely be sure to only buy from Amazon and not third-party sellers from now on.

It's pretty awesome. Standard if you're a medic but if you're looking for home use the reliability, longevity, and even the case are pretty awesome. It's super light and simple to use. Comes with different sized scopes for great fit and stability in the ear, nose, or throat.
