I received my order of shea butter today way before the esteimated date of arrival and I am in shea butter heaven, lol. After much research on ivroy shea butter I made this purchase and I am very very pleased I made. This product arrived packaged well and to my surprise soft enough to be mashed. I use shea butter for several purposes,from a mositurizer and strenghten my hair and nails, for my dry and thristy skin along with essential oils. I absolutely love love love shea butter, this ts the only product I use on my skin and my skin loves it. Thank you a very satsified customer and will certainly purchase again.

This Shea Butter is fantastic! Since receiving it I have using it on my skin and hair. The Shea Butter gives my skin and hair a healthy look and feel, it's very light on the skin and hair unlike lotions and hair gels I've used in the past. I highly recommend this product to anyone that wants to use a organic natural product that doesn't have harmful chemicals that can damage the skin and hair, and or anyone that suffers from dry skin as I use to in the fall and winter seasons.

The shea is good as always but the customer service is starting to decline. I have been a customer since September last year and the service had been great up until a few months ago. It may be that the saying 'familiarity breeds contempt' or that my business is no longer important to them. This is in reference to the speed of shipping. This particular shipment was so so, mid grade. I have just reordered on the 14th of May and it was not until the 17th that it was registered with them as preparing to be shipped. It is now the 22nd and the due date for this to arrive at my home is June 6th. This is unacceptable and even if it arrives 2 days from now because 8 days have passed already and this seller knows full well that I depend on the prompt shipment of shea since I am a reseller. I am forced now to purchase elsewhere since my supplies have all but dried up! The next review I give him is not going to be generous at all, I going full force to give him what he has earned!!!!!

I received the Shea Butter as described, it had more debris than what I've purchased in the past, but it wasn't a big deal, I just used a strainer.
