Worked perfectly.
Pressure tested new construction waste lines. I had a few slight leaks at fittings. Took a couple of tries to get comfortable with application of repair rings. Used 11/2", 2" and 3" repair rings. They worked perfectly, no leaks and solid. They saved me from dismantling tough to remove sections. Highly recommend this product.

Expensive fix for what it is (and the 1.5" won't fit a 1.5" PVC pipe)
It's expensive for what it is, but even worse the sizing is incorrect. I only wanted a 1.5" ring. When I went to put it on the pipe it won't clamp together because it's too small. Tried on another pipe (brand new one) and got the same result. I did have better luck with the 3" version but I had to buy additional rings in that bundle just to get the one I needed. Instead I just bought a 1.5" PVC coupling and cut off the end and cut a slit in it. I was able to bend it over the pipe and it did the same thing as this but for $1.

Works great but need more purchase options
This worked really well and easy to put on. Just follow the instructions using plenty of glue and hold so that it sits for awhile and sets. The only thing I wish is that there were more purchase varieties. All I needed was size 1-1/4" but I had to buy the assortment for almost $19.00. It would be nice to just be able to buy that size alone. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

So far so good
Had a small leak on 1” pvc coupling . I saw this on YouTube though I would give it a try. Install it yesterday and so far no leaks.

A good idea but needs a little work
I had a leak in an elbow of my water main, in an area that was particularly difficult to get to. I thought this would be a good alternative to removing a bunch of concrete and other pipes to cut out the leaky join. First issue is that it's only available online. This is the kind of product that, when you need it, you need it immediately. Plus the cost is low enough that if there's any shipping/handling, it's not worthwhile. The second issue is closing the ring. In the video, the demonstrator simply snaps it shut with his fingers and slides it next to the join. The reality is far different - there you are, having just applied pvc glue and you're trying to close the ring. I'm a fairly strong guy but I couldn't do it with my fingers alone. You have to either have a pair of pliers large enough to close it or use something small and point to sit in the little hole at the clasp and use that to push it together. I managed to do it and the fix appears to work so I'm happy but it's not exactly as easy as they portray it

This product simply does not work! Don't waste your money
This product is ridiculously expensive given the amount of PVC plastic, but more importantly, it simply does not work. I had a very minor leak on a 1" schedule 40 pressurized pipe. I was able to prepare the surface very well per the instructions but it continued to leak. Don't bother. It may be an alternative to rebuilding if used on the non-pressure side of a sprinkler system since it may minimize the flow rate of a leak. But drip drip drip on the pressure side leads to Gallons of water and $$$$$

Did not work for me.
Didn’t work for me. My leak met all of the requirements on the packaging. As others have said, it’s difficult to clamp the ring together. It was worth a try, but now I’m going to have to cut the elbow out and fix it right.

This worked for my application which was a small and slow leak at an elbow.
Used as instructed and this fixed a small & slow leak in my irrigation system saving me from having to replace several pvc elbows.
