I used to take Manganese supplements since 2005 when i discovered their importance and my deficiency. The first product i tried were 15 mg Manganese tablets from GNC store; they were amazing, my testosterone multiplied, my strength improved, and mental "power" increased. Unfortunately they ran out in 2010, and after that tried many versions from other five separate companies but completely failed to get the same response in energy, muscles, hormones. They were all "duds" Lately, researched this product and purchased three bottles of this specific company and it worked Immediately!! I am taking only 1 15 mg capsule daily with the main meal, lunch. My Knee pain is gone in one day [ important for cartilage and tendons] elbow pain is suddenly gone, got a new controlled aggressiveness from too much testosterone, and feel high body energy. Damn.....This is the closest thing to taking testosterones injections....:)

I have too much Copper in my body so I used this as a Chelating Agent to help pull the copper out and keep dietary copper from accumulating in my system. Seemed to work well.

The manufacturer could cut their carbon footprint by reducing bottle size, or, conversely putting more capsules in their current container. It's ridiculous to have a larger bottle only 1/3 filled. Otherwise, the product is good.

I'm sure the item is very high quality, In a lower dosage. A woman is only supposed to have one point 82 milligrams of magnese per day. More than that can cause toxic metal poisoning If taken long term. I started Taking it because it's supposed to be good for my thyroid. Then I researched it a While after I got it, because I started feeling poorly. I have Since stopped taking The Fifteen milligram per day supplement, purchased a scale, And have decided that it's really worth it to way out my dosage per time.I use it so that I don't get heavy metal poisoning. One of these capsules per day for 30 days is capable of doing some damage to your internal body. I'm glad I didn't. Take the whole bottle before I found that out. I think my saving grace was that I didn't take it every day.
