Hello Mario,Thank you for your inquiry. Please be advised that it comes in a set. The Kids Fade Eye Shadow Demon Costume includes a full body black jumpsuit with long fingers and a hood. Also includes a fade eye mechanism glasses frame. We do not sell the individual items.

To the best of my knowledge and memory they did not flash. That doesn't mean they didn't have a setting to do that either....... You might have faulty wiring or they changed the product? It's been a few years since I ordered this costume and they do change things from time to time. I'd check the wiring to be sure it's intact and maybe reach out to the company if they are flashing though
