This faucet was a great purchase. Better quality for than the faucet foe the same price point on bigger price stores. Easy instructions to follow. Easy to install. I purcahsed the bronze color. Highly recommend.

It was used, the quality doesn't look as good as the price.Update: I installed it, and I would not recommend it to anyone.It's garbage, it is not for normal house water pressure 40-60, it gives you a useless amount of water. Update: it's working very well.

Definitely recommend if you’re installing it yourself, but the first one I got had a leaky stainless 3/8” supply line. Not a big deal - I just ordered another unit and returned the bad one. That would be annoying if you’re paying a plumber tho. I’m also skeptical of the longevity of the plastic connections, but it isn’t leaking now so no reason to think it’ll start anytime soon. Just something I’ll have to get over probably.

When this was purchased for our newly remodeled powder room. After it was installed, I was thrilled. It's a great style and its nice and heavy, and seemingly all metal. This morning I noticed that the finish has peeled off the base of the cold handle. Remember, this is in a powder room, so it doesn't get a ton of use, and it's been only 4 months. Now I have to decide, do I just deal with it for now, or pay a plumber and buy a whole new faucet?? UGH!!! I'd say if you're going with chrome or stainless, it's probably great. but DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on the black unless you're flipping a house.

I don't know if it was a mistake or it had been returned to Amazon and resold, but there were no instructions in the box. It was easy enough to install as I am pretty handy. The most difficulty was removing the old faucet. I had difficulty getting the old hoses off from the handles to the spicket which have to come off to pull the handles out. Ultimately it is just easier to cut the hoses rather that fighting with properly disconnecting them. The new ones have a handy quick disconnect which makes it easy. I also had to look for a U-tube video on removing old the drain from the bottom of the sink as it was not intuitive. After all of that, the new one is designed well for easy installation. My old faucet was a named brand that we paid double the cost of this one, but it only lasted a few years before leaking and having the hot water side seize up.I am going to replace the other faucet in our two-sink bathroom as well with this even though it still works because I like this faucet much more. I would give it 5 stars if it came with instructions and links to videos on how to remove the old faucet.

I absolutely love the color and shape of these faucets!! They look so high end but half the cost!
