Over the moon with this swing seat; arrived on time, well packaged and every item present.Took me about three hours to assemble it (on my own) but that included numerous tea and vape breaks. Everything fitted together perfectly. As with other reviews, I found the hook/eye points were on the second slats as opposed the the first ones shown on both the advert and the instructions but it was a simple matter to drill out the end holes on the frame sides.I did find a split sliver in one of the slats which I glued but after all it is a naturel material so no issue.Overall it is a lovely, comfortable sturdy swing seat; well worth the money."A Ten from John !!"

This is a very sturdy and great addition to our garden. Assembly needs two but instructions good.We would like to know what it has been painted with as we like the finish and would like to preserve it for the future.

The product arrived earlier than expected. Was easy to assemble, very sturdy and comfortable. It does take 2 average people to lift each box (it somes in two boxes) and you need 2 pairs of hands to erect, but definitely worth every penny. A quality product.

Spent about 2 hours on a Saturday morning with the help of my teenage son setting this up. It's relatively straightforward to put together but you really need two people. One person could probably do it on their own but it would be hard work and would take three times as long. I found that two of the bolts seemed a bit too short and I had to leave both of the washers off to get the nut on the end. The instructions are ok.

Although looked quite daunting was in fact simple to assemble bits it’s a two person job. Some of the bolts are just about long enough to reach for the lock nut, but all looks really sturdy.

Assembling was bit heavy job. Worth every penny. The chains make noise when you swing. We use indoors and very comfortable

This has to be one of the best presents I have ever bought mysefl :) It is so comfortable and the curved design of the frame is very elegant and doesn't look like a huge A-frame swing taking up half the garden.The seat is very deep and curved backwards, and fits my huge bum very comfortably, and the back rest is high. The chains did squeak but a bit of WD40 sorted that out.A friend put it together for me and it came with all necessary tools and good instructions. However if I had been doing it alone I would have need help and more than an hour that he took.Overall this swing is beautiful, comfortable and utterly relaxing in the evenings when I get home. I love it :)

Solid unit that looks good once erected. However, not all parts supplied, a few of the enquired washers were missing. Instructions not clear as it is important you get the right and left uprights the right way around. They fit on both ends but need to be done correctly or they curve in rather than out. The instructions do not mention this and I had to take it back down again to correct.Also, the holes in the seat sides are drilled incorrectly. The very top and bottom slats, numbered T in the instruction, need to be fastened on with bolts through larger holes than the rest of the slats. The problem is the larger holes are drilled second from the top and second from the bottom. They should be the very top and very bottom holes so you will need to redrill the top and bottom holes to make them bigger or the bolts will not go through.Small things but for nearly £300 I would not expect to have to redrill holes because they are in the wrong place, some people may not have the means to do that.
