Just perfect; right size for the kitchen floor, weight right for scrubbing, handle just right for 6' person, easy to use, and job well done. Just so you know I'm a bachelor with a dirty floor--a year since it was cleaned hands and knee effort--not doing that again. But, my lady visitor was aghast--seeing it now black from foot and animal traffic, so I order this thing one day delivery and now you should see this floor glowing 30 minutes later--cleaned and waxed and a pretty lady smiling.

I clean professionally and use this machine actually to agitate solution into commercial low pile carpet with brushes. It works excellent as it's not too heavy, it's fast and easy to operate. Disassembles into pieces for easy transportation. Nice long cord. comes with extra pads for polishing tiles. 1200rpm rotating brushes is also great for carpet encap cleaning.Note: Although the description says not suitable for carpet it actually works great for low pile carpet, area rugs where you can't use heavy agitators.It's also excellent for resilient floors or hard floors.I would give the machine a break after about an hour or two use as this is not a heavy duty commercial machine.

This product is perfect for what I need it for . I use it with Capture pre spray and Capture powder to clean my carpets. My only complaint is that there is there for one no instructions on removal of the original buffing wheels and I don’t see any replacements buffing wheels like the ones that are originally installed on it. I really like the fact that it breaks down in to small enough parts to put it in a plastic container for easy storage.

I couldn't give it less than one star or I would haveThis machine is going back. I used for at least 20 extremely frustrating minutes to oil a floor until it over heated and wouldn't turn back on. Despite what the directions tell you, you will not be able to walk a zig zag pattern with a 1meter by 1 meter square. It won't happen. This machine generally wants to go wherever it puts its mind to it. You can try keeping it level but it will sneak away on you and smack into the wall. Also bc its so light and has a tendency to fire off in arbitrary directions (mostly to the left) it will also spray the oil that you are trying to apply to the floor all over the wall.Do not buy this. I would not wish this machine on people that I don't like.In all seriousness, I get what Bissell was trying to accomplish. I ended up putting this back in the box, running to the big box hardware store and renting a 20" floor finisher/waxer and using that for the second coat after the little Bissell that couldn't failed me 1/10th of the way thru the first coat so I had to apply by hand. The big machine weighs a ton, can be equally hard to control, but also bc it has significant weight it's easier to find that sweet spot balance point so it doesn't spin around you in some crazy death dance.So please, until Bissell turns down the power or adds some weights, or something, don't buy this machine. It's low price and compact cuteness will just disappoint you

I have been looking for a good tile cleaner for years. When I saw it I just had to try it out. Reasonable price and ease of use were the defining qualities. It’s lightweight and easy to use. This item cleans like a charm! Just steam your tile afterwards and see the dirt that comes up!

Doesn’t come with to good instructions and doesn’t really do to good deep cleaning floors as I would like. Very lightweight. Great value for your money tho.

I wanted a small light weight scrubber with rubber or brush rotating discs. This one has two rubber discs. It is simple to use and a good cleaner. I used it to clean the tile on my patio and it did a great job.Easy to use and comes fully assembled - just have to snap on handle. Has a lot of cord too.

Works well so far (on sheet vinyl). Smaller and lighter than I expected but it does a decent job."Commercial" is in the name, but this is for residential use - wouldn't expect this to survive in a business environment.Although it says right on the machine to not add any weight to it to avoid extra stress on the motor, it cleans much better with a 5# dumbbell riding on the head. Otherwise there doesn't seem to be enough contact with the floor due to its low weight. The two round brushes spin in opposite directions, so it doesn't wander. You'll still be on your hands and knees for corners and baseboards.I would buy this again.
