Flexon FA58100CN Farm and Ranch Garden Hose, 100 ft, Red

They are really good hoses. They work well on my farm, they're easy to use and once they're a little broken they're easy to maneuver. Good size. I've got both100ft and 150 ft hoses and they hold up really well, thick, good design. They're holding up really well on my farm.

(Edit below) With a great price and all the whining, I didn't expect much. I opened it, stretched it in the sun, and let it heat stretched for an entire day before using it. I used it to water flowers all over my property, where it had infinite opportunities to kink, and never once tried to. It's thick, and the fixtures are solid. If you can't use this product, it's not the product's fault. Thank you. I'll be here all week. Don't forget to tip your servers. Update: This fall, my exterminator borrowed my hose to fill his tank. He put it away with a kink, and it sat in the sun for a few days like that. Now, it is permanently kinked. This is absolutely NOT the product's fault. The blame solely rests on my exterminator. I will give him the kinked hose as a gift (it still works fine, but kinks very quickly when it's moved around) and return to buy a new one this spring. I still stand by my statement: If you can't use this product, it's not the product's fault.

This hose it turns out is worse than my previous review of it, which follows below this update, in 70* and higher so far a high of 80 * this hose is stiff stiff as a coil of solid rubber, it just wants to remain in a coil, HORRIBLE to try and work with, GARBAGE, my sample of this product is as difficult to use as the cheapest plastic hose you could ever find , a waste of money. my original review follows. I just realized that this subpar hose is a sold as AMAZON suggested purchase, which gave me hope that this was of good quality and as good as the seller claimed it was, it is not! I will never again use Amazons recommendation to buy as a reason to buy a product, It is clear that whomever gives these recommendations to products has no real knowledge of what the product is, how it will be used, what is the expectations of the product is etc., I now feel it is nothing more than a boost to the seller or some other corporate deal to increase the sales no matter what. The price point was very good, the best part of this hose was the solid brass fittings, and even that was compromised by the female fitting having a very odd thin brass tubing sleeve inside of it that had very sharp edge on its circumference .The hose is fairly stiff and holds a memory when stored rolled up which is annoying. I thought this was a heavy duty rubber hose... seems more like a type of plastic and is lower quality medium duty. I am not buying more of these , this was a buy and try for the five more I need, so the search continues for a decently price HEAVY_DUTY hose.

This hose is great. The length is very convenient, and it feels solid and heavy-duty. I’ve already run it over a couple of times with no issues at all, which says a lot about its durability. It is very heavy, and that does make it harder to roll up on a hose reel, but I’ll gladly take that trade-off over a flimsy hose that kinks or fails. Overall, it’s a tough, well-made hose that feels built to last.

Love this hose, it is a little heavier than what I’m used to but it functions very well. I did noticed I had one area of the hose that was twisted. Overall not a bad hose, it looks like a sturdy hose.

Yes I bought two 100 ft hoses they worked great and very durable I recommend this to everyone with some land awesome hoses

Part 1, the hose: The hose itelf seems fine and does not have a strong vinyl smell. The connectors, however, are lousy. Made of aluminum (anodized and colored look like brass), they will corrode, forming gritty oxide, so the ends soon won't screw together smoothly. Aluminum is also softer than brass, so the male threads will wear down more quickly from, say, dragging the hose across pavement. The connections leaked until I really cranked down on them hard. They needed to be much tighter than I'm used to with new hose washers. Part 2, the Amazon Warehouse product: I like to buy from Amazon Warehouse when I can, not so much to save money, especially since Amazon says Warehouse products don't include the manufacturer warranty, but to keep returned goods out of the landfill. Unfortunately, Warehouse inspectors didn't do their job in evaluating the condition of this return. The picture shows how the original buyer packed it up carelessly, kinking almost every coil. No leaks yet, but kinks damage the structure of the hose. I expect it to fail prematurely. I would not have considered buying a hose in this condition at the minimal Warehouse markdown, only 2% less than the price of the new one.

Great, MADE IN USA water hose. Very nice, thick hose. 100’ long, sturdy hose that allows me ample length to reach my plants. Very pleased. Fittings are very good quality. GREAT PRICE!! Same cost as Chinese ones.
