I love making iced Thai coffee, which is dependent on good cardamom to make a good, flavorful glass. You can smell this cardamom the second you remove the cap, and I crack the pods before I soak them in the coffee, and the fragrance when they're cracked is lovely. I've never tried this brand before, but it's a good quality pod.

You can tell when you remove the seal from the spice bottle and the entire kitchen smells like fennel. I recommend this especially for Italian and Indian dishes.

I received the product 7/5/2023 and saw that the "best before" date is August 2023. So I am to consume within a month? I like to think I'm doing my part by supporting small businesses, but help me out by sending me products with more than a month's worth of shelf life.

I hate to say that I bought this for the packaging because that sounds crazy, but I bought this for the packaging. I needed a little (preferably glass) bottle that said lemongrass. And the label is bubbly and messed up so it's just money down the drain. If you're also buying it for the packaging, what are you doing with your life? But I guess beware
