Yes it can be put on the Bris 10.8 with just minor modifications.
The bimini sold for the 10.8 looked too small. I took a chance and bought this one which is the next size up. I think its better suited. I just drilled hole right through the aluminum and lactic end and used the oar locks. Seems fine.

Just about perfect!
A perfect and valued addition to our boat. Attaches easily and sturdily with the glue provided. It makes a big difference in our comfort when out on the water. Goes up and down quickly - perfect for going under a low bridge. The straps need to be tied on which is a bit of a pain and is why I rated it 4 stars. The straps might not secure well enough otherwise, but it's still a pain to have to the and untie them.

relaxing in shade
Would have been 5 stars. My only complaint is the poles are a little difficult in taking apart. Used 5 times on the lake. Nothing but good comments while other boaters baked in the sun.

No instructions and gets in the way of the oars
I like the idea of this cover. It doesn't come with any instructions and doesn't fit in a way that will allow you to use the oars well. The holes in the bows should be on both sides so you don't have to fight them to get them in correctly. Again, wouldn't be a problem either if there were instructions. The buckles that adjust the straps on the front and rear are cheap and extremely hard to adjust. Additionally, they should have quick releases so you don't have to fight the cruddy things to get them on and off. These go on portable, inflatable boats, they need to go on and come off easily. The pivot point in the middle has screws. Again, its a portable boat, they should have some type of quick release pin or something.Would I purchase it again? NO, in fact, I plan to return this, and the boat, which by the way, doesn't have assembly instructions either. The boat has a useless book that comes with it, which is good if you low on toilet paper again. The website for BRIS doesn't have instructions either.Overall, its cheap Chinese "stuff" that isn't worth owning at all. With the slightest effort on the manufacturer or distributor's part, it could be decent, but by the time you figure out how to put it all together, it just isn't worth it. It's too hard to assemble for a portable/inflatable boat.

Just right for my small Jon boat!
Fit my 10’ tracker Jon boat perfect. Minor changes to hardware, but this was a great solution for my small boat

Good value for money.
You get what you pay for. The main aluminum tubes were well put together, and the bimini fabric top didn't have any bad seams and was sewn properly to fit. On the other hand, the zipper on the cover self-destructed as soon as I tried to use it, and there were no instructions. The lack of instructions isn't a big deal; this is a pretty simple system and I easily figured out where everything went. But it would have been nice to know whether the glue (included) should be used dry (like a contact cement) or still tacky (like white glue). I did it the tacky way, and the glue-on connectors stuck after 12 hours drying - so I think I guessed right. It would have been nice to know, tho.{LATER: one of the pads pulled off after a few minutes underway, so I didn't do it correctly. I have an older zodiac, and apparently there are 2 types of glue normally used - and only 1 type works on my older, heavily rubberized inflatable. It is possible that the included glue would never work properly on my boat - and that if I'd used the correct glue, I'd be fine. It isn't a big problem in any case; there are plenty of tiedown points and I just used some rope to tie the bottom of the aluminum tube to the gunwales. I had the boat in the water for 5 days straight, and never had a problem after that}I am also going to add a better way to connect the tensioning straps fore and aft - the manufacturer uses a simple loop and strap buckle, which seems to work just fine but isn't very convenient to take on and off. I can only conclude that this is one of those things that keep the cost down, and if you are going to set up your bimini and leave it up on the boat full-time, it won't be an issue. I'm putting mine on a zodiac that spends most of its time deflated and stored away, so I will be setting up and taking down every time I use the boat. So, bottom line, this product cost about half of a better quality one - and I'm fine with it, as is.

Good quality for the price
Was fairly easy set up. Like the other reviews there was a lack of instructions however pretty easy to figure out
