This is my absolute go-to and has been for a while now. I use it as both a face and body wash, and it has consistently worked beautifully for my skin. I have a bad case of scalp psoriasis with lots of itchy scales. This product started working right away and I’m getting improvement weekly. I just use it as a shampoo. I wish the drugstore chains carried it.

Highly recommend. I wish I had bought this sooner. I had severe breakouts and itching on my feet and legs for four months, and the spots are now gone. The first photo was taken after my first use, and by the third use I couldn’t see any spots at all. I also use UV treatment twice a week and a topical steroid cream as needed but now I might not need too!

I live for this stuff. It helped me so much. You can use it in your hair and body and face my Dermatologist confirmed that it was a great product when I brought it into her and she recommended I continue using it. It has been amazing.
