I'm always fighting constipation thanks to meds so I was glad to find these work well with no cramping. My only complaint is that the plastic smell from the bottle and even from the capsules is SO strong, it's hard to make myself put them in my mouth. I can smell the plastic odor from a few feet away as soon as I open the bottle. Can't be healthy!
