An interesting read for any Muay Thai fan
Whether you are a Muay Thai athlete or just someone who wants to try something different to stay in shape, this book caters to all different kinds of Muay Thai enthusiasts. The author knows what he is talking about, having studied the sport in Thailand for many years. This book primarily focuses on training techniques and training plans for beginners and experts. The pictures and instructions are clear and easy to follow and after reading the introduction chapters you just want to start training.What I personally liked was that this book is not all about the physical training, but it is also going into detail about the mindset you have to be in when you want to start your Muay Thai training. It really makes you understand where you have to stand to take on this sport, if it's for your benefit and in your own home only or if you want to become a professional fighter.Other than the training plans and exercises, this book is also filled with lots of interesting facts about the sport and interviews with renowned Muay Thai champions and trainers.

this was a nice little glimpse into the world of Muay Thai
For a Martial Artist who wants to learn more about every style, this was a nice little glimpse into the world of Muay Thai. Even though most martial arts training regiments are similar to a degree, once cannot judge a martial art without immersing themselves into their training methods. I reccomend this book for anyone who wants to take Muay Thai seriously, and is just starting.

He has some apps and other content out there and knows his stuff. This along with the other stuff is amazing to work with and supplement. He is also readily available if you contact him directly and helps out (WITHIN REASON).

Great training manual
I just started Muay Thai training, and even though I'm taking lessons now, this training manual has really helped me to learn quickly and build strength. The excercises and tips cover a range of skill levels, so I feel like I'll be able to use this book for a while. I highly recommend.

Muay Thai Training!
The book is a great piece of work on my favourite martial art Muay Thai. A large section is dedicated to exercises suited for training at home. You will also get to know the training of the Thai champions Saiyok and Kem and some interesting fight techniques and training plans.A very good guide for Muay Thai!As an extra I recommend the DVD series Muay Thai: The Complete Series [DVD] in which the Muay Thai techniques can be seen in motion. Another great piece of work on Muay Thai!

great book
i have tried out the different exercise routines listed in the book which is good and they are effective in getting you fit and toned. Some of the exercises are easy others are hard, but well worth doing and great for those who are doing a martial art.
