Bit of a skeptic but since my hair loss wasn't stopping, I gave these a try. I researched a much more expensive brand but these had better ingredients and are third party tested so I trust the quality. I used the entire container but didn't think they had made a difference so I went back to my old vitamins. Once the shedding picked up again, I realized they had actually worked to really slow things down! I've been using again for just over a month and can say with certainty these have worked for me. Shedding has stopped entirely (menopause related hair loss). I've done little else to stop the hair loss so can confidently say it's the vitamins. Four capsules per day isn't the easiest for me and they have a slight "vitamin" smell/taste but totally worthwhile. These are my new daily vitamins and grateful for them.

Been taking these vitamins for about a year., recommended by a Dr. My hair loss has stopped, new growth started. Very happy with these. FYI i just take 2 a day not the recommended 4, and still have seen a difference.

I’ve been taking these vitamins for almost three months. I definitely feel like they’re working and I’m seeing new hair growth, which I can only attribute to these vitamins. I’m not sure why, but I suddenly started losing gobs of hair in the shower and anytime I brushed my hair. Also my nails have made a comeback! I’ve always had strong healthy nails but for some reason they became brittle, weak, and paper thin. I’m not sure why but they’ve really grown back nice. Almost back to how they used to be. I’m very happy with the results and will continue to take these vitamins. The only drawback is the taste (and why I took one star away). They taste awful. Like most vitamins, I think. I’ve tried many different ways to get past the taste (and smell). I found the best way is to take all four at once and hold my breath and to eat something directly after taking them. I still taste them but it does help. But don’t let that sway you away from them cause they really do work!

Following one month of using this vitamin supplement, I've observed significant improvements in hair fullness and a reduction in shedding. I will provide a further update in May 2025 after three months of use.

Iv been taking these for over a month. I gave it 3 stars because I need more time to assess. It did help with my nails. My hair has been breaking/shedding and still is. Can’t say if it has done anything for energy or skin. I take them after I eat and there is no funny taste or smell or feeling in my stomach.(For this 2nd month Iv added the fermented multi v and fish oils which I take at the same time)I did note that my second bottle looked different in font and color and the pills were more orange so I’m hoping it’s not a fake or tampered.

I’m giving it to five stars. I’ve read the reviews. Seems like it’s a good product. I can’t wait. I’m eagerly as my hair was chopped off by 6 inches very disappointing. Two weeks ago. Not sure what the hairstylist was thinking so I am trying these. I’ll keep you updated. I’ll send up before and after pictures

Pill in my hand is from my original bottle, the other ones are the new bottle I just opened. They smell terrible, and the color is completely off. I’ve taken for almost 2 years, I’ve never seen this color or smelled this terrible smell. Please replace. Even if you say this is “normal”, I’m not comfortable with the smell or color.

I’ve been taking these for 6 months now. My hair was thinning, breaking off, and just would not grow thanks to extreme stress and an eating disorder. I was originally taking thyroid supplements and 10,000mg biotin. That worked for a bit but eventually stopped working. I somehow stumbled upon this brand of vitamins and noticed it actually ended up being cheaper than the combo of the prior two things I was using. When I started I had pretty noticeable bare spots, and had just trimmed my hair to just under my ear to even out the fact that the top layer was broken and varying short lengths. Within the first two months, my hair was chin length and my nails had grown much quicker than before. 6 months in and my hair is now to my shoulders, it’s all even (no breakage making it uneven), and the parts where the hair had thinned out, have very noticeable baby hairs growing in nicely. My hair is definitely healthier and so are my nails. I’ve been consistently taking 4 per day. One weird thing though is if you take 4 per day, there are enough for 30 days, however for whatever reason all 6 bottles have always had 2 extra (or 2 less, I have no idea which). It evens out when you buy two bottles at a time, but I just found it weird or maybe I’m just crazy…who knows. But overall, they work great! I plan to keep using them for as long as they are around and still work for me.
