Q: How can you keep them on the bottom of a fish tank

They should sink to the bottom naturally, when you put them in at first air bubbles may form around them and they might float for a bit, but they will eventually sink. That or you could gently squeeze the air bubbles out whilst they are in the water, be careful not to squeeze too much.

Q: Do you check for zebra mussels

I dont know if the seller does but when i heard about the outbreak i immediately checked myn I recommend wearing gloves and just checking through its ‘fur’ but it is unlikely there is any in ‘sellers’ moss balls as they are kept at a home not in a lake wear they could possibly get infected 👍
