Bought large, which is what I wear and fit was pretty much spot on, top is a little clingy but it's meant to be! I'd suggest wearing a compression vest underneath for best results, this will protect the outfit and make it fit better. Trousers will fit anyone length wise from about 5'5 to 6ft but if taller shouldnt be an issue anyway being quite clingy. I'm 5'8 and that's probably the sweet spot +/- an inch. Quality is as expected, not designer wear but doesn't look like it's going to fall apart either. Bandana is actually decent too, wrist bands also included, hard to mess up wrist bands but unless you are have huge wrists will fit fine! Haven't washed it yet, but should be ok on a very gentle wash / same as if washing silk. If you get huge stains on it you're probably screwed though, then again if it lasts a couple of outings it's done the job really. Would buy again.

Trousers were great and fit well. Top was a little tight in comparison. Brought the size up to make sure there was room and in was still a little clingy in places.

Bought for a weekend away, looked good however after a couple of hours of wearing the outfit, it did start to fall apart.
